SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS-ENGINEERING DIVISIONS

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 15 years related hands-on working experience with minimum of 8 years in managerial level.

  • Proven track record in the overall design and supervision of multi-disciplinary projects from planning, development, conceptual design up to implementation.

  • Proactive attitude, strong leadership, result-oriented, aggressive, good interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Highly develop written verbal and interpersonal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Develop short and long-term budget / business plans and implement effective process controls.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum of 10 years working experience in Highway Engineering, Contract Administration and Project Management

SENIOR TRANSPORT PLANNERS/MODELLERS

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years experience in modelling and forecasting for various modes of transportation Familiar with EMME / 2 and HDM4 software

SENIOR ENGINEERS - STEEL WORKS

  • Degree in Civil Structural with a minimum of 8 years related working experience

SENIOR ENGINEERS -MECHANICAL

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years working experience in building services and / or sewerage / water pumping system

 

SENIOR ENGINEERS - DRAINAGE

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years working experience in design of drainage / flood mitigation projects

  • Preferable with knowledge in computer applications in hydrological / hydraulic analyses

 

SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS

  • Degree in Geotechnical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years working experience

  • Experience in slope stabilization, land reclamation, ground improvement and deep excavation works

  • Experience with Finite Element software (e.g. PLAXIS) would be an added advantage

SENIOR ENGINEERS-INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years working experience in earthworks, road, drainage water supply and sewerage works

  • Good technical report writing skills

  • Professional Engineer with a minimum 8 years site supervision experience

ASST. RESIDENT ENGINEERS (ARE)-STRUCTURES/INFRASTRUCTURE/BUILDING SERVICES/DEPOT/PRECASTING/UTILITIES RELOCATIONS GUIDEWAY/ROAD/BRIDGES/(ALL DISCIPLINES)

  • Relevant recognised Engineering Degree with minimum CGPA of 5 years working experience on sites

GRADUATE ENGINEER

  • Recognised Degree in Engineering with minimum CGPA of 3.0 points

QUANTITY SURVEYORS

  • Degree holder with minimum of 3 years related working experience

  • Knowledge in quantity take-off & cost estimation, cost control, tender bids, preparation of tender & contract documents and contractual dispute resolutions

  • Registration with Institute of Surveyors and Board of Surveyors an added advantage.

 

LAND SURVEYORS

  • Relevant degree with 3 years or more related working experience

  • Knowledge in GPS site surveying, topographical map and GIS processing

GEOMATIC ANALYST

  • Professional Degree in Remote Sensing / GIS or equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years related working experience

  • Preferably specialising in Remote Sensing/ GIS software

  • Willing to travel

SURVEY TECHNICIANS

  • Diploma in surveying with minimum of 3 years related working experience

  • Conversant in good surveying practices

DRAUGHTPERSONS

  • Relevant Computer Aided Design Drafting qualifications with good working knowledge in AutoCAD programme

  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience in civil/electrical/environmental/mechanical/railway/highway/

  • structures/infrastructure/pipeline/architectural work

TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS/ENGINEERING ASSISTANTS

  • Diploma in Engineering

  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in M&E infrastructure works and building services or civil & structural works, earthworks, drainage and road works

  • Candidate with extensive working experience but without Diploma will also be considered

CLERK OF WORKS-

  • Conversant with drawing and specifications

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGERS/OFFICERS

  • Relevant Degree with 5-10 years related working experience and involvement in quality assurance activities

  • Familiar with internal or external auditing process

  • Knowledge in ISO 9001 :2008 requirements will be an added advantage

HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICERS

  • Relevant qualification and register with NIOSH

  • ACCA /CIMA/MACPA/LCCI with 3-5 years related working experience

  • Responsible for the accounting & costing functions

MARKETING OFFICER
